The Royal Audit Authority is pleased to announce the vacant post of the Deputy Auditor General in the position level of EX3 A.

Interested civil servants who meet the following eligibility criteria, may submit application along with Curriculum Vitae to the Royal Audit Authority latest by 4^th January, 2011

     1.   Qualification:

            Minimum: Bachelors Degree

      Additional qualification preferred:

-          Professional Accountancy qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA/ CMA /CIPFA)

-          MBA/MA/MSC in Economics, Finance, Environment, Engineering

      2.      Training :

       Advanced training in specialized auditing.

      3.      Length and type of practical experience required:

      Minimum two years as Chief of Division in P1A or equivalent position.

      4.      Knowledge of Language (s) and other specialized requirements:

a)      Should have good command over written and spoken Dzongkha as well as English.

b)      Should have knowledge of Government Policies, BCSR, Procedures and relevant laws.

d)      The incumbent should possess good leadership qualities and interpersonal relationship.

e)   Experience in project management and special works undertaken apart from auditing should be an added advantage

Applicants who meet the above eligibility criteria with relevant qualification/training and work experience shall be given preference for the purpose of short listing.

Announcement

The Royal Audit Authority is pleased to announce the availability of the scholarship for in-service candidates under the Government of India (GoI) for the 2010 academic session.

The applications along with the following documents must be submitted to the HR & International Relations Division on or before September 30, 2010:

1. XII and Degree Certificates and Mark Sheets;
2. Copy of Citizenship ID Card (new);
3. Forwarding letter from the division concerned.

Six candidates (3 per slot) will be short-listed based on the following:

        1.   Degree - 25%

        2. Class XII - 15% (aggregate)

 The selection interview will be held on October, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the RAA Conference Hall. Candidates will be selected based on the following:

        1.      Academic - 40% (Degree-25% and Class 12-15%)

        2.      Viva - 35%

        3.      PE rating - 10%

        4.      Rural Posting - 10%

        5.      Seniority - 5%

 The Royal Audit Authority is pleased to announce the following vacancies for appointment from 1st October 2010:

Candidates fulfilling the above criteria are asked to submit the following documents to the Human Resource Officer, Royal Audit Authority, Thimphu latest by September 20, 2010.

1. RCSC Employment Form dully filled with 2 nos. of passport size photos
2. Copy of Bhutanese Citizenship Identity card
3. Original security clearance certificate

SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT

The Royal Audit Authority is pleased to announce the availability of one long-term scholarship for a Masters Program in Environmental Management and Development under the BTF grant:

Interested candidates of the RAA fulfilling the eligibility criteria as prescribed under revised in-service training rules of the BCSR 2006 may apply with the following documents to the Human Resource Officer:

1. Academic Certificates and Transcripts of Bachelor's Degree and Class XII.
2. Performance Evaluation Ratings for the recent two years
