The Royal Audit Authority, Thimphu invities sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bhutanese License holder bidders for Printing and Binding of the following:

      - Last date & time for submission of Bids    -     28th September, 2011 on or before 12 noon

        - Bid opening date & time                               -     28th September, 2011 at 2.30 pm

The Standard Bidding Documents can be purchased from the Administration Section, RAA, Thimphu from 19th September, 2011 during working hours upon payment of Nu. 300.00 (non-refundable) only.

The Royal Audit Authority is pleased to announce availability of scholarship for its employees under TCS Colombo Plan, Government of India (GoI) funding for December 2011 intake.

The interested candidates including 2009 batch graduate recruits may submit the applications along with following documents to the HR & International Relations Division on or before August 26, 2011 in line with BCSR 2010: 

1. Attested Copies of Class XII and Degree Certificates and Mark Sheets;
2. Performance Evaluation Ratings (last page only) for last two years
3. No objection/forwarding letter from the division concerned

Six candidates (3 per slot) will be short-listed based on the following:

-          Degree - 50%

-          Class XII - 50% (English + Best of 4 subjects)

Selection interview will be held on September 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the RAA Conference Hall. Candidates will be selected based on the following selection criteria, as per BCSR 2010:

Upon selection, candidates must furnish following documents to HRIRD within five working days, failing which the scholarship will be awarded to the next candidate:

1. TCS Colombo Plan Application Form (5 sets- downloadable at http://www.indianhighcommission.com.my/educationtcs.php);
2. In-service Training Form (New - downloadable from the RCSC website );
3. Security Clearance Certificate;
4. Copy of Citizenship ID Card (new);
5. Audit Clearance Certificate; and
6. Medical Fitness Certificate.

SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT

The Royal Audit Authority is pleased to announce the availability of one slot for ACCA/CPA for in-service candidates from the Royal Audit Authority under the Joint Support Programme (JSP), Gross National Happiness (GNHC), Thimphu.

Interested candidates of the RAA fulfilling the eligibility criteria as prescribed under in-service training rules of the BCSR 2010 may apply with the following documents to HRO, the HR & International Relations, RAA:

1. Academic Certificates and Transcripts of Bachelor's Degree and Class XII.
2. Performance Evaluation Ratings for the recent two years
